Child Safety Standards

LetMeBuddy is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. Creating an account, booking sessions, or offering services as a buddy requires that you meet this age requirement.

We may use phone verification, date-of-birth declarations, and other signals to enforce eligibility. We may suspend or delete accounts where we reasonably believe a user is underage.

If an account was created by a minor, we will take steps to restrict access and delete personal data associated with that account where appropriate, subject to legal retention requirements.

• No grooming, exploitation, or sexual content involving minors
• No arranging meetings with minors through the platform
• No sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Report suspected CSAM to us and to appropriate authorities immediately

Include the username, booking ID, or screenshots if available. We prioritise these reports for review and may cooperate with law enforcement.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child created an account, email privacy@letmebuddy.com from a verifiable address with details. See also our Account & data deletion page.

Child safety reports are reviewed ahead of routine support tickets. Depending on the information available, we may disable accounts, remove content, preserve evidence for law enforcement, and notify relevant parties as required by law.

Do not confront a suspected offender yourself through the platform. Collect what you can safely (usernames, booking numbers, screenshots without circulating CSAM) and contact us and the appropriate authorities. In India, you may also use official cybercrime and child-protection reporting channels in addition to emailing LetMeBuddy.

Adults using LetMeBuddy should never invite minors into chats, bookings, or offline meetups arranged through the app. If someone claims to be under 18, end the conversation, do not arrange a meetup, and report the account. Our Community Guidelines ban exploitation and any sexual content involving minors with zero tolerance.
