By accessing or using LetMeBuddy (website, web app, or mobile application), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies linked on our site. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The LetMeBuddy platform is operated by LetMEBuddy (GSTIN: NA). Trade name: LetMeBuddy.

These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (subject to mandatory consumer protections), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you.

LetMeBuddy is a technology platform and digital marketplace only. We facilitate discovery, bookings, scheduling, and in-app communication. Buddies purchase Booking Credits through LetMeBuddy; session fees are paid directly between customers and Buddies. We do not provide companionship, mentorship, transport, travel, or other services ourselves.

Users may connect for professional and personal interactions based on time, skills, expertise, interests, or availability — including mentorship, consultation, networking, guidance, learning, collaboration, hobby-based activities, and platonic companionship for events or activities.

LetMeBuddy is not a dating app and is not intended for romantic relationships for pay, adult entertainment, escort services, or sexual services.

Users who offer sessions (“buddies”) are independent participants on the platform. No employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture exists between LetMeBuddy and any user. LetMeBuddy does not direct, supervise, or control how sessions are conducted.

If you book sessions (customer): Create a profile, discover Buddies near you, send a booking request, and chat in-app. If the Buddy accepts, meet as agreed and pay the session fee directly to your Buddy at or before the session. LetMeBuddy helps you find, book, and communicate — not collect session money.

If you become a Buddy (provider): Complete your profile, apply to become a Buddy (profile details, hangout options, and live video verification), and get approved by our team. Purchase Booking Credits to accept requests; one credit is used when you accept a booking. Session fees are paid to you directly by the customer — not through LetMeBuddy.

Becoming a Buddy requires accurate listing details, live selfie video verification, and admin review. Approval is not guaranteed. Misleading listings, fake media, or policy violations can lead to rejection or removal. A photo verified badge means verification steps were completed — not a guarantee of conduct, safety, or earnings.

Where we show a verified buddy badge or refer to “photo verified” users, that means the person completed our buddy verification steps: a clear profile photo, phone verification where applicable, a live selfie video while saying a one-time code, and admin review where applicable. Photo/video verification may reduce certain risks but does not guarantee identity, conduct, safety, suitability, or the quality of any session.

A photo verified badge on a buddy profile means they submitted a profile photo and completed live selfie video verification as described above. You must not represent yourself as “fully verified,” “background-checked,” or “guaranteed safe” unless that accurately reflects our published process. You must not rely on another user's photo verified badge as a substitute for your own judgment.

In-person meetings arranged through LetMeBuddy are at your own risk. Users must independently assess safety, meet in public where possible, and follow local laws. LetMeBuddy is not responsible for actions, injuries, losses, or disputes occurring during or after offline meetings except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Meet in public places when possible and tell someone you trust your plans.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and for assessing other users.
• LetMeBuddy is not a party to offline agreements between users and does not supervise meetings.

LetMeBuddy is not a travel operator, transport provider, or tour guide service. Users who choose travel-related activities arrange logistics independently. LetMeBuddy is not responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, losses, theft, or other harm related to travel or transportation.

Any travel, road trips, day trips, or transport arranged between users is entirely between those users. LetMeBuddy does not vet drivers, routes, vehicles, or insurance.

LetMeBuddy is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. You may not create or use an account if you are under 18. We may terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user is a minor.

Provide accurate profile information, communicate respectfully, comply with local laws, and use the platform only for permitted purposes. Do not mislead others about your identity, intent, qualifications, or the nature of sessions you offer.

Users and buddies should honour confirmed bookings in good faith, follow applicable laws, and behave safely and respectfully. No-show, abuse, or repeated cancellation may affect account status as described in our policies.

Session fees are agreed between you and your Buddy and are paid directly to your Buddy at the session or in advance (cash, UPI, or another method you both accept). LetMeBuddy does not collect, hold, or escrow session fees, and does not process payouts to Buddies for session time. Buddies purchase Booking Credits on LetMeBuddy via Razorpay to accept bookings. One credit is consumed when you accept a booking request. Credit packs, pricing, and welcome credits (if offered) are shown in the app. Booking Credits are platform fees for Buddies only — not session fees and not a customer payment account. If a Buddy cancels after accepting, the consumed credit is not returned. If the customer cancels after the Buddy accepted, the consumed credit is restored to the Buddy. Buddies offering sessions are independent users, not employees of LetMeBuddy. Refunds for eligible Booking Credit purchases, cancellations, and disputes are handled as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Terms.

• Session fees: Session fees are agreed between you and your Buddy and are paid directly to your Buddy at the session or in advance (cash, UPI, or another method you both accept). LetMeBuddy does not collect, hold, or escrow session fees, and does not process payouts to Buddies for session time.
• Booking Credits (Buddies): Buddies purchase Booking Credits on LetMeBuddy via Razorpay to accept bookings. One credit is consumed when you accept a booking request. Credit packs, pricing, and welcome credits (if offered) are shown in the app. Booking Credits are platform fees for Buddies only — not session fees and not a customer payment account. If a Buddy cancels after accepting, the consumed credit is not returned. If the customer cancels after the Buddy accepted, the consumed credit is restored to the Buddy.
• Taxes: GST or other taxes may apply to Booking Credit purchases where required by law.
• Refunds: See our Return & refund policy and Cancellation policy. Session fees paid directly between users are resolved between those users unless we offer optional support for a specific dispute.
• Disputes: Contact support@letmebuddy.com with your booking ID for Booking Credit or platform-related issues. We may request evidence before a decision.
• Chargebacks: Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks on Booking Credit purchases may lead to account restriction and recovery action where permitted by law.

You are responsible for content you post (profiles, messages, reviews, media). You grant LetMeBuddy a licence to host and display that content to operate the service.

Reviews should reflect genuine completed sessions. Defamatory, false, harassing, or illegal content may be removed. LetMeBuddy may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Escort services, paid intimacy, or sexual services
• Romantic or dating-for-pay arrangements
• Sugar-dating or compensated companionship for intimacy
• Solicitation of prostitution or related activity
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
• Harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempting to bypass buddy verification, Booking Credits, or in-app booking and safety tools
• Fabricated identities, deepfakes, manipulated media, or misleading AI-generated content used to misrepresent yourself

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, reverse fraudulent Booking Credit purchases where permitted by law, and cooperate with law enforcement.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. You may stop using LetMeBuddy at any time; some obligations (e.g. unresolved Booking Credit purchases or disputes) may survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetMeBuddy, its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform; your violation of these Terms or other policies; your interactions with other users; or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

LetMeBuddy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, government actions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetMeBuddy and its operators, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or offline interactions with other users.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to LetMeBuddy for Booking Credits or other platform charges for the specific issue giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation. LetMeBuddy is not liable for session fees paid directly between users.

LetMeBuddy is a technology platform that enables users to discover and arrange platonic social and skill-based activities. LetMeBuddy does not employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee the conduct, identity, suitability, or safety of any user. All interactions and in-person meetings occur at users’ own discretion and risk.

We use reports, automated signals where applicable, and manual review. Users must cooperate with good-faith safety checks. Repeated or severe violations result in stronger action.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or safety requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or through the app or site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
