These Terms apply when you use LetMeBuddy on the website, web hub, or mobile app.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies linked on this site.

If you do not agree, do not use LetMeBuddy.

The platform is operated by LetMEBuddy (GSTIN: NA).

Trade name: LetMeBuddy.

These Terms are governed by the Laws of India.

Disputes are subject to Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (subject to mandatory consumer protections). Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you still stand.

LetMeBuddy is a technology platform and marketplace only.

We help with discovery, bookings, scheduling, and in-app chat.

Buddies buy Booking Credits on LetMeBuddy. Session fees are paid directly between customers and Buddies.

We do not provide companionship, mentorship, transport, or travel ourselves.

Allowed session types include:

• Mentorship and consultation
• Learning and collaboration
• Fitness and hobbies
• Platonic company for events or activities

LetMeBuddy is not a dating app. It is not for romantic pay arrangements, escort services, or sexual services.

Buddies are independent users — not employees, agents, or partners of LetMeBuddy.

We do not control how you run your sessions.

If you book sessions (customer)

• Create a profile and discover Buddies
• Send a booking request and chat in-app
• If accepted, meet as agreed
• Pay the session fee directly to your Buddy

LetMeBuddy helps you find, book, and chat — not collect session money.

If you become a Buddy

• Complete your profile and hangout options
• Finish live video verification and admin review
• Buy Booking Credits to accept requests
• Receive session fees directly from the customer

Approval is not guaranteed.

Fake media, misleading listings, or policy breaches can lead to rejection or removal.

A photo verified badge means verification steps were completed. It is not a promise of conduct, safety, or earnings.

A photo verified Buddy has usually completed:

• A clear profile photo
• Phone verification where we ask for it
• A live selfie video with a one-time code
• Admin review where applicable

Verification may reduce some risks. It does not guarantee identity, conduct, safety, or session quality.

Do not claim you are “fully verified,” “background-checked,” or “guaranteed safe” unless that matches our published process.

Do not treat another user's badge as a substitute for your own judgment.

In-person meetings are at your own risk.

You must assess safety yourself and follow local laws.

• Meet in public places when possible
• Tell someone you trust your plans
• You are responsible for your own conduct
• LetMeBuddy does not supervise meetings
• We are not a party to offline agreements between users

Except where law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for harm, loss, or disputes from offline meetings.

LetMeBuddy is not a travel operator, transport provider, or tour guide.

If you travel for a session, you arrange logistics yourself.

We do not vet drivers, routes, vehicles, or insurance.

We are not responsible for accidents, delays, theft, or other travel-related harm.

LetMeBuddy is for adults aged 18 or older only.

You may not create or use an account if you are under 18.

We may close accounts if we reasonably believe a user is a minor.

See our Child Safety Standards for reporting and underage-use rules.

• Keep your profile information accurate
• Communicate respectfully
• Follow local laws
• Use LetMeBuddy only for allowed purposes
• Do not mislead others about who you are or what you offer

Honour confirmed bookings in good faith.

Behave safely and respectfully.

No-shows, abuse, or repeated cancellations may affect your account under our policies.

Session fees

• Agreed between you and your Buddy
• Paid directly (cash, UPI, or another method you both accept)
• Not collected, held, or paid out by LetMeBuddy

Booking Credits (Buddies)

• Bought on LetMeBuddy
• One credit is used when you accept a booking
• These are platform fees — not session fees
• If a Buddy cancels after accepting, the credit is not returned
• If the customer cancels after acceptance, the credit is restored

Platform Booking Fee (customers)

• If the customer is unavailable or cancels, the fee is not refundable
• If the Buddy fails to report for the session as booked, the full Platform Booking Fee is refundable

Other payment rules

• Buddies are independent users, not employees of LetMeBuddy
• GST or other taxes may apply to Booking Credit purchases where required
• Refunds: see our Return & refund policy and Cancellation policy
• Session-fee refunds are between users unless we help with a specific dispute
• Platform issues: email support@letmebuddy.com with your booking ID
• Fraudulent chargebacks on Booking Credits may lead to account limits and recovery action where allowed by law

You are responsible for what you post — profiles, messages, reviews, and media.

You give LetMeBuddy a licence to host and display that content to run the service.

Reviews should reflect real completed sessions.

We may remove false, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

These are strictly prohibited:

• Escort services, paid intimacy, or sexual services
• Romantic or dating-for-pay arrangements
• Sugar-dating or compensated companionship for intimacy
• Solicitation of prostitution or related activity
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
• Harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempting to bypass buddy verification, Booking Credits, or in-app booking and safety tools
• Fabricated identities, deepfakes, manipulated media, or misleading AI-generated content used to misrepresent yourself

We may:

• Remove content
• Restrict features
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Reverse fraudulent Booking Credit purchases where law allows
• Cooperate with law enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or end accounts at once when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

You may stop using LetMeBuddy at any time.

Some duties can continue after exit — for example open Booking Credit disputes.

You agree to protect LetMeBuddy and its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your breach of these Terms or other policies
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of law or third-party rights

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include:

• Internet outages
• Payment provider failures
• Government actions
• Natural disasters
• Cyberattacks
• Third-party service interruptions

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LetMeBuddy and its operators, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

That includes damages from using the platform or meeting other users offline.

Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to what you paid LetMeBuddy for Booking Credits or other platform charges for that issue in the 12 months before the claim.

Where law does not allow that limit, the limit does not apply.

We are not liable for session fees paid directly between users.

Remember: we do not employ, endorse, or supervise users, and we do not guarantee safety or suitability.

We primarily act on user reports, support tickets, and targeted safety reviews. Limited automated filters (for example keyword abuse checks) may apply where built — we do not claim continuous proactive monitoring or scanning of all user-generated content.

Users must cooperate with good-faith safety reviews.

Repeated or severe violations lead to stronger action.

Unresolved complaints may be escalated via our Grievance Officer page.

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or safety reasons.

Material changes will be shared as required by law, or through the app or site.

Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance, where the law allows.
