Refund & cancellation policy

• More than 24 hours before booking: full refund.
• 2 to 24 hours before booking: partial refund.
• Less than 2 hours before booking or no-show: no refund.

If the buddy cancels, the user typically receives a full refund. Repeated buddy cancellations may affect account status.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment network and your bank (UPI, card, or wallet as applicable).

For disputed cases, contact support@letmebuddy.com with your booking ID and details. LetMeBuddy may request evidence before a final decision.

This policy may be updated to comply with legal, operational, and safety requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or through the app.
