Grievance Officer & redressal

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, significant intermediaries must publish a Grievance Officer. Even where classification is still under counsel review, we publish a contact so users can escalate unresolved complaints.

• Illegal or policy-violating content you reported that was not acted on
• Account suspension, ban, or content removal you believe was incorrect
• Privacy / data access or deletion requests that remain unresolved
• Other platform-related grievances after trying in-app support

1. Prefer in-app Report / Support first for safety and content issues — that creates a moderated trail.
2. If unresolved, email the Grievance Officer at support@letmebuddy.com with subject line Grievance — LetMeBuddy.
3. Include: registered phone or email, booking / community / username references, screenshots (do not circulate CSAM), and what outcome you want.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours of receipt (business operations target aligned with IT Rules grievance acknowledgement practice) and to work toward resolution within 15 days where facts allow. Complex legal or law-enforcement matters may take longer; we will communicate status when we can.

In-product community reports use the same ack / resolve SLA timestamps for ops staffing — see admin Community reports queue. Meeting these timelines depends on staffing and offline process, not only software.

For suspected CSAM or clear illegal content, email support@letmebuddy.com immediately with subject Child safety report or Illegal content, and also use official channels (e.g. cybercrime.gov.in / NCRP) where appropriate. See Child Safety Standards. We do not claim automated proactive scanning of all user content.
